Dr. Stef graduated from UW - La Crosse with her Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science with a Minor in Spanish. She continued her education at Cleveland University - Kansas City where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Stef continues to expand her learning and has received additional certifications such as the Webster Technique (pregnancy), SFMA & FMS (functional movement screening and assessments), Dry Needling (soft tissue), and Activator Methods (low force, instrument adjusting).
