Dr. Stef grew up in Kenosha, WI & discovered chiropractic when her mom, a local elementary teacher, started feeling numbness and radiating pain down one of her arms. Within a few visits, her mom started feeling relief & her job was no longer causing her pain. This sparked her curiosity in how this type of treatment could be helpful in helping people get out of pain without the use of medication or surgery.
Dr. Stef graduated from UW - La Crosse with her Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science with a Minor in Spanish. She continued her education at Cleveland University - Kansas City where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Throughout her childhood and beyond, she’s always been active, finding herself currently enthralled with running.
When not in the office or out on a run, you can find Dr. Stef being a homebody with her husband, Garrett & two dogs, Murphy & Bobby.
